Contact

KINTO starts every project with a conversation and a diagnosis of your operation: you tell it the problem, and scope, plan and price come out of the diagnosis, not before.

Contact starts with a conversation, not a form. You can book a call or write by email; both lead to the same place, a diagnosis of your operation.

What happens after you write

  1. A first conversation. KINTO listens to the problem as you see it and asks what data exists: invoices, chat history, ERP records, analytics.
  2. A diagnosis. KINTO studies the real operation: processes, systems and data, and where value is stuck. This is where the method begins.
  3. A proposal. From the diagnosis come the scope, the plan, the timeline and the price. KINTO does not publish a price list because projects range from a single site to an ERP replacement.

What is useful to bring

  • The problem in your own words, and what it costs you today.
  • The systems involved: ERP, store, WhatsApp, ad accounts.
  • Any measurable baseline you already have. Where one exists, a fee tied to results can be part of the proposal.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know what I want to build before contacting KINTO?

No. KINTO asks you to bring the problem, not the solution: a process that costs too much, a channel that loses sales, a system nobody dares touch. The diagnosis is what turns the problem into a scope. Having data at hand, such as invoices or chat history, makes the first conversation more useful.

How long does a KINTO project take?

It depends on scope. In KINTO's published cases, a one-page site took about three working days, a community radio's streaming migration about a month, a store migration about two months, a study-abroad site of over 100 pages about six weeks, and an agentic ERP about six months. Each case lists its period.

How do I start working with KINTO?

Book a call from the contact page or write to [email protected]. KINTO then runs a diagnosis of your operation: processes, data and where value is stuck. From that diagnosis come the scope, the plan and the price. You do not need to know the solution in advance, only the problem.

How is KINTO's FDE different from an agency or a consultancy?

An agency delivers a campaign or a site, and a consultancy delivers a recommendation. KINTO's engineers build and operate the system inside the client's operation, starting read-only, with approval or validation before anything moves money. Its published cases state what was measured and what is still unknown.
